Smoking is Still Allowed at the Online Casino
Considering the fact that the US has yet to legalize the online casino industry, one would assume that the government would want to keep gamblers in the land-based casino. This seems to not be the case however, as recently smoking bans are on the verge of being implemented in states such as casino haven, Nevada. These bans in Nevada will only be placed in areas which serve food; therefore eliminating the ability to smoke in many slots bars. This is certain to send the casino slot enthusiasts straight into the arms of the online casino. That’s one less tax dollar for the US and plenty more for those countries who have legalized online casinos.

The Nevada Clean Air Act antismoking ballot is in the works and will conceivably be put to action as early as next year. This will ban smoking in both bars and taverns which serve food. For smokers this is bad news, but don't worry, the online casino will never force you to quit. Both the Las Vegas tavern industry and the gaming industry have filed suits in the District Court to block the Clean Indoor Air Act, trying to allow smoking in slots and gaming zones.

Although the act does exclude casinos from banning smoking, the casino industry is worried that it may lead to smoke-free hotels. With all these new regulations that are being placed in gambling zones it seems that more and more people are being pushed into playing at the online casino. In a country that has yet to legalize the industry this seems pretty pointless; as benefits are non-existent, and loses are eminent.
