Online Casino Survey Says |
| Not that this is news to all you avid Bet at USA readers, but at the online casino there is one game that is king. This online casino game is poker of course! There are millions of poker fans around the world and the games popularity just keeps growing with the online casino industry. Recently, a major Ireland-based online casino and poker room decided to survey its poker players to find out the truth about what people think of the game and how they play. 500 online casino poker players in Ireland and Britain were surveyed and I'm not going to lie to you, some of their responses may surprise you. For starters 55% of all online casino poker players have played the game naked or in their underwear; not a pretty site really! A whopping 63% would rather play poker than have sex; apparently the sex they are getting is not so great. Of these 500 online casino players surveyed, 33% said that t hey would stake their partner in a $1 million game; please don't tell your partner this on Valentines Day. These next survey results should not surprise any of you: 37% have told a little white lie in order to play poker, 71% have wanted to destroy their computers after a bad beat and 81% stated that they believe that poker is a game of skill. What percentage do you think said that they play poker at the online casino on a daily basis? Less than half, 38% to be exact stated that they visit the online casino daily. Poker players truly do love the game of poker, with a majority of them putting sex aside for a round of Texas Hold'em, it is not at all surprising that the online casino industry is booming. |
