CEO Networking at the Online Casino |
| The business world is long and tedious and days off are to be respected. For the last decade or so executives have been known to spend their leisure time out on the green. But a recent survey has shown that the golf course is no longer the number one destination for busy businessmen and women. In fact, gambling and specifically the online casino, has been pinned as the place where these CEO's want to be. This is not at all surprising considering what these CEO's said their favorite game was: Online casino poker. For CEO's it is one of the few games that business savvy can be used in their favor. Poker is not only the favorite in the business world, but the favorite online casino game overall. There are so many different variations on the game, from video poker to Texas Hold'em tournaments; everybody can find some form of poker that suits their needs. For CEO's their format of choice is of course a poker tournament. Both online casino and land-based tournaments offer a lot of excitement and for businessmen and women, this excitement helps them forget about their busy work schedules. When executives were asked if they prefer playing a full day of poker, either at the land-based or online casino, or playing golf, and overwhelming 65% chose the former. Golf is still the favorite of many, but it seems that poker has beaten yet another classic game. Furthermore, when these execs were asked why they choose poker of golf 73% stated that it was the thrill of winning at the online casino, 20% enjoyed the competition and 7% admitted that it helps them network. Overall, it seems that everybody is in love with the online casino, from housewives to CEO's. |
